Payment Options

Costs / Claims

Our clinics utilise a computerised billing system, providing every patient with a fully itemised account to ensure accurate payment records and comprehensive financial documentation.

Fees, Payments and Health Fund Claims

Under current Australian tax legislation, GST is not payable on new dentures. GST applies only to the laboratory component of denture repairs where applicable.

Patients with private health insurance may be eligible to claim benefits for eligible prosthetic services, including dentures, relines and repairs. Our clinics offer HICAPS claiming, allowing eligible health fund claims to be processed on the spot. In most cases, you will only be required to pay the outstanding gap amount at the time of your appointment.

We accept payment by EFTPOS, major credit cards and cash.

Veterans' Affairs

Ex-Service personnel who are eligible for treatment under agreement between the Australian Government and other countries veterans may be different to those available to Australian veterans. Check first with the Department of Veterans' Affairs (DVA) as to what services are available to you. You no longer need approval from DVA before receiving denture treatment, this will be left for us to decide. There is NO fee payable for Dentures. The total fee is claimed by the practitioner from DVA.

Work care, State Trustees, Aged Care Facilities and Other

Upon assessment a report and/or a quotation are sent to the relevant requesting department/person. A consultation and a report may be charged for. Upon receiving an authorisation for payment, in writing, relevant prosthetic treatment will commence.

Treatment Plans

We provide every patient with a written treatment plan and quotation for any recommended prosthetic treatment following a comprehensive clinical examination.

As every patient's needs are unique, an examination is essential to accurately assess your oral condition and recommend the most appropriate treatment options.

If you are interested in our services, we invite you to contact one of our clinics to arrange an appointment. As a general policy, there is no charge for your initial assessment or written quotation.
